Running today.

I’ve set my new November goals, and this time I’ve engineered them so that I won’t fail automatically and give up right away :)

Daily Goals:

  •  Brush teeth twice EVERY day! Pray while brushing teeth!
  •  Do NOT bite nails! Every time I think about biting them, I will focus on posture.
  • Pray every day! While brushing teeth!
  • Turn off phone at 9 PM when home, otherwise right when home later.
  • Keep TV off—even before sleep

 Weekly goals:

  • Run 2x/week
  • Gym 1-2x/week
  • Weigh every Friday morning
  • Read Bible as often as possible
  • Do laundry 1x/week
  • Clean (vacuum) room 1x/week

Monthly goals:

  • Paint nails 2x/month
  • Do not spend money; unless, it’s gas or food with your ID card

Need motivation for the 21 days?

slimsunshine:

  1. What habit should I break?
  2. It’s a craving not a habit!?
  3. I’ve always said I will do it TODAY and I always fail! Why would it be different now?
  4. I don’t know what to eat.
  5. I suck at sport, how can I start out?
  6. I am fat and 21 days won’t make a difference.

Well.. I can only do my best to convince you but here we go:

1. The habit you need to break is the main problem that is preventing you from advancing and achieving your goal. Be it over-eating, not eating enough, exercising too little or eating too much sugary stuff, whatever! Just give it up for 21 days and change your routine, change your habit to healthy and slim.

2. “Bingeing is a craving not a habit!!!” Well… Cravings come from bad habits and routines, lack of food, too much sugar… It’s due to something you are doing wrong either physically or you are eating from emotional stress, either way you can solve it or find other ways to satisfy your hunger for comfort.

3. That makes two of! It’s time to slowly stop lying to yourself and trust yourself. The reason we haven’t stuck it, is because we have little faith in what we’re doing. BELIEVE in your decisions, believe they are the right choice, believe that you know what to do! We can prove it ourselves that we are not lying anymore, we are sucking it up and DOING it. TODAY IS the day!

4. It’s simple: Balance + VEG/Fruit. Eat lean protein, give up the white sugary stuff, and swap the trans and saturated fats to the good omega 3 and 6 fats! Simple as that. Eat mindfully, remember that!

5. Well, now is the time to start then! It’s Never too late unless you’re on your death bed! So start out slowly and gradually get into the sporting mindset: Trust me, it’s addictive!

6. These 21 days WILL  help you lose weight. But it is a Lifestyle change, so maybe the physical changes won’t appear that obvious but your mindset and lifestyle will, and THAT will make those wobbles shed and your smile broader every day to come.

I’m asking you to make realistic goals, not start exercising 5 hours and starve all day. I’m asking you to take a little leap to believing and changing what makes you less happy than what you could be. Don’t tell me you’re going to go to the gym 14 times a week and eat 100 calories a day, tell me you will recover from over-eating, eat mindfully, choose fruit salad instead f the mud-cake, or train to become a triathlete!

It IS simple as that! We can guide each-other, support each other, and I PROMISE that from the moment you send me your habit to break I will message you daily to make sure you’re keeping up! A life time of change in 21 days. Let’s DO it.

I LOVE JILLIAN MICHAELS!!!
Incredible woman

She is an amazing woman, and I love watching the Biggest Loser. It’s oddly appropriate motivation while running on the treadmill…
I highly recommend her 30-day Shred for anyone short on time (just be careful of all the shoulder moves she does - staying feminine here!)

Get a Dancer’s Body

healthyisfabulous:

Exercises to get you strong and fit, but not bulky.

Make it harder: Rise up on your toes while you perform the entire set.

And do not forget to stretch! Stretching keeps your muscles long and lean, so it is an important part of building a dancer’s thin body.
